Breitling Chronomat ref 769 with serial number 491253 was manufactured in 1942. This is one of the earliest produced Rose Gold Chronomat’s known.
These Breitling models are very rare and do not pop up for sale regularly.
This Chronomat watch is in very condition for a watch of its age as you can see from the photos, the solid rose 18ct gold case is free from any dents or scratches.

The Original Breilting Dial with Silver sub registers is in excellent condition free of any blemishes signed SWISS. This truly is an amazing watch in excellent condition. This watch still retains all its correct hands that sometimes over the years are lost. The watches Bezel also rotates into place how it should do, this again a feature that over the years can be lost with watches of this age.

The watch was serviced by our very own Rolex trained service technician using only Breitling original parts. The Breitling Venus cal 175 movement has been stripped, ultra sonic chemically cleaned, oiled and then re-built. Grade A++ service.
