Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air King ref 5500 (1962).
This Rolex Air King Super Precision model 5500 with serial number 868298 was manufactured in 1962.
This 50+ year old watch is in excellent condition as you can see from the photos, the Stainless steel case has no corrosion, dents or scratches. The original dial has aged gracefully and the watch still retains its original hands.
Case size 35 x 35mm.
All photographs are of the Actual watch which have not been edited in any way.
The watch was serviced by our very own Rolex trained service technician using only Rolex original parts. The Rolex cal 1530 automatic movement has been stripped, ultra sonic chemically cleaned and then oiled and re-built. Grade A++ service.
