Omega Speedmaster 105-012 66 (1966)

This 105-012 66 Speedmaster Pre moon with matching 25448843 serial number. This vintage watch was made in 1966 and is among a small batch of these references made for a short period from 1964-1966. It is of a few examples to still retain the original pie pan dial. This is in Excellent condition for its age. Watch is functioning correctly.

The Omega Speedmaster was made famous in 1969 when it accompanied Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to the moon. It is the official watch of choice for NASA and has being worn on all NASA space missions since the early 60’s, bottom line, of all the brands they tested (including Rolex) it was the only one that stood up to every test and was proved ‘flight qualified’ for space travel!

The Speedmaster is probably one of the most famous watches ever made! The 105-012 version been the one that was worn on the first moon walk and was accompanying NASA Astronauts.

The watch was serviced by our very own Rolex trained service technician using only Omega original parts. The Omega CAL 321 movement has been stripped, ultra sonic chemical cleaned and then oiled and re-built. Grade A++ service.
