‘Stand out from the rest’ with this Vintage Omega Speedmaster ref 2998-1 manufactured in 1959.
This rare stunning Pre moon Omega Speedmaster is a real head turner. This watch has the serial number 17301489 and dates this watch to 1959.
The original dial has turned a nice brown over the years making this speedmaster even rarer for collector’s nicknamed (tropical dial).
This watch still retains its original Dauphine hands that has the correct triangular shaped space for patina located inside the hour hand. The original Lollipop hand is still present and it still retains its rare Tachymetre Base 1000 Bezel.
As you can see from the pictures the watch and bracelet are free from any scratches or dents. The watch comes ready to wear on its Omega stretch bracelet ref 7912.

The watch was serviced by our very own Rolex trained service technician using only Omega original parts. The Omega cal 321 movement has been stripped, ultra sonic chemically cleaned and then oiled and re-built. Grade A++ service.
