Vintage Rolex Daytona ref 16520 manufactured in 1996.
This stunning Rolex Daytona is true conversation piece with its dials inner sub registers that have turned slight red with the inverted Six subdial. It also is powered by Powerhorse Zenith El Primero 400 movement renamed the Rolex Calibre 4030.
Rolex made many modifications to the El Primero movement. The most important are to reduce the balance oscillation from 36,000 beats per hour to 28,800, thus reducing the frequency from 5 Hz to 4 HZ, a Breguet balance spring was added. A Glucydur balance and Microstella fine adjustment. This is a column wheel chronograph.
The case serial number is T154246 which dates the watch to 1996.
This Vintage Rolex Daytona Sports watch has a very rare inverted Six dial Daytona dial (sub dial).This Rolex Daytona was purchased from its original owner and has only been serviced and lightly polished to remove surface scratches. This watch is complete with its original bracelet when sold ref 78350 (datestamp T)

The watch was serviced by our very own Rolex trained service technician using only Rolex original parts. The zenith cal 4030 automatic movement has been stripped, ultra sonic chemically cleaned and then oiled and re-built. Grade A++ service.
