Rolex Explorer gilt dial watch ref 1016 Box and Papers (1967)

This Rare Rolex Explorer ref 1016 with serial number 51587511  was manufactured in 1967. The crisp case and bracelet ref 78360 are free from any dents and scratches.

Case size is 35mm exc crown x 35mm

The Original Rolex Gilt Dial is in excellent condition free of any blemishes signed SWISS.

The watch is complete with inner/outer Rolex box, Original Punched Rolex Guarantee Papers, chronometer punched papers and a personal letter from the owner of new stating all the miltary services carried out around the world wearing hts explorer. This watch was purchased by N.A.A.F.I  (Navy Army and Air Force Institute) HQ Singapore

The watch was serviced by our very own Rolex trained service technician using only Rolex original parts. The Rolex cal 1570 movement has been stripped, ultra sonic chemically cleaned and then oiled and re-built. Grade A++ service.
