“An iconic timepiece”, would be one phrase to describe this Rolex 1680 Submariner .This Rolex model 1680 with serial number 599206* was manufactured in 1979, making this watch 35+ years old and still in excellent condition as you can see from the photos. Watch comes complete with its original box, papers and accessories
This watch was purchased from the original owner.
This watch still retains its original Rolex Matt dial that’s patina has aged gracefully. The solid stainless steel case and Rolex bracelet ref 93150 have no dents or scratches. The movement is the automatic or perpetual chronometer Calibre 1570.
All photographs are of the Actual watch which have not been edited in any way.
The watch was serviced by our very own Rolex trained service technician using only Rolex original parts. The Rolex cal 1570 movement has been stripped, ultra sonic chemically cleaned and then oiled and re-built. Grade A++ service.
These Rolex Submariner Models are now discontinued and becoming more sought after by collectors.
